"Coaching is the art of enabling others to have their own insights" ​

When we explore the things which are holding us back in life and keeping us stuck; our belief system, our behaviours, the story we tell ourselves about who we are, we find this is traced back to our childhood.   This is rooted deep within our subconscious mind, which means much of what we do is automatic, and this is why when we want to change things in our life it is important work with the subconscious mind to rewrite our beliefs.

 

   However, change is possible, and the version of you that you aspire to be is there for the taking.  

During our time together we will look at all areas of wellbeing and then focus on specific areas.  I will help keep you accountable and help you move closer to the things you want, whilst providing a safe, non-judgemental space

Working together we will: ​

  • Determine your current belief system

  • Understand your values

  • Discover your desires and goals

  • Get to the root cause of any self sabotage, liming beliefs and the behaviours & habits in life which are holding you back

  • Implement new beliefs which will support you in creating new habits aligned to the life you want, and behaviours so you can live the life you want and in alignment with your values and desires

My sessions are bespoke, and involve wellbeing practices, and a combination (dependent on your needs) of the following modalities:​

  • Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Techniques

  • Hypnotherapy

  • Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT / Tapping)

  • T.I.M.E (Time Integration for Maximum Empowerment) Techniques

  • Life and Success Coaching 

  • Meditation 

  • Reiki 

  • Inner Child Healing 

 

 

What's involved? ​

  • 90 minute sessions

  • £60 per session 

  • Minimum commitment of 6 sessions 

  • Support in-between sessions via message and voice note
